Refund policy

We want every ritual to feel right at home. If something isn't, we're here to make it right.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return — wherever you live. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you're an EU customer, this 30-day window includes and exceeds your legal right of withdrawal, which guarantees at least 14 days by law.

Return shipping
Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend a trackable shipping service — we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so we can put it right.

Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, contact us at contact@rebellecopenhagen.com.
