Welcome to Rebelle Copenhagen. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Rebelle Copenhagen (CVR 44338548, Artvej 1, 7100 Vejle, Denmark). These Terms of Service describe your rights and ours when you use this website and shop with us (the "Services"). We're powered by Shopify, who help us provide the Services to you.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Danish or EU consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement — including your 14-day right of withdrawal and your statutory right to complain about a faulty or misdescribed product for 2 years after delivery ("reklamationsret," Danish Sale of Goods Act §83).

1. Access and account
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to use our Services. When you create an account or place an order, you agree to give us accurate, current information, and to keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your account details safe, and for anything that happens under your account.

2. Our products
We do our best to describe our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product descriptions may change without notice, and we may occasionally limit quantities or discontinue a product.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy — it's not confirmed until we accept it, which we'll do by email once we've received your payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud; if we do, we'll let you know. Please double-check your order before submitting it — we may not be able to make changes once it's been accepted.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your region and may change without notice — the price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include shipping, which is calculated at checkout. You confirm that any payment details you give us are correct, and that you're authorised to use them.

5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times in our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control. Risk passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier, but this doesn't affect your statutory rights if something arrives damaged or faulty.

6. Intellectual property
Everything on this site — text, images, logos, product names and designs — belongs to Rebelle Copenhagen or our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law. You're welcome to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

7. Third-party tools and links
Our site may link to third-party websites, or give you access to tools we don't operate ourselves. We don't control these and aren't responsible for them — use them at your own discretion, and check their own terms before you do.

8. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you give us permission to use them freely, without owing you anything for it. Please don't send us anything you don't have the rights to share.

9. Errors and corrections
Occasionally our site may contain a typo, an incorrect price, or an outdated description. We can correct these, and cancel any order affected by such an error, even after you've received an order confirmation.

10. Acceptable use
Please use our Services lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

Use the Services for anything illegal or harmful;

Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;

Harass, impersonate, or mislead others;

Send spam or unsolicited marketing through our Services;

Introduce viruses or malicious code, or try to bypass our security;

Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Services without our permission.

We can suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

11. Disclaimer and liability
We try to keep our site accurate, secure and running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by Danish law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If a product is faulty or not as described, you can ask us to repair it, replace it, or refund it, for up to 2 years after delivery ("reklamationsret," Danish Sale of Goods Act §83). For the first 12 months, it's on us to show that a fault wasn't there at delivery — not the other way around.

12. Indemnification
If your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Services, causes us a loss or leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover any reasonable costs that result — this doesn't affect your rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the current version here, with the date it was last updated. If you keep using the Services after a change, that means you accept it.

14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Danish law. If you're an EU consumer, you can bring a claim against us either in the Danish courts or in the courts of the country you live in — this choice is yours, and we can't limit it. If we ever needed to bring a claim against you as a consumer, we could only do so in the courts of the country you live in.

If you'd like to complain about a purchase, please contact us first at contact@rebellecopenhagen.com — most things can be sorted out directly. If we can't agree on a solution, Danish consumers can bring a complaint to Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager og Forbrugerklagenævnet (Nævnenes Hus), via forbrug.dk.
